		<description>There are a number of applications that allow you to set shortcuts or triggers. For example, I use Quicksilver (see http://code.google.com/p/blacktree-alchemy/downloads/list for the latest version) as an app launcher, but it also lets you set up keyboard triggers. So, I can press Ctrl+Cmd+Opt+L to lock my screen (pressing those keys will trigger an applescript I wrote that locks the screen). If you&#039;re interested, I can write the process up in full on my blog.</description>
